My journey with sewing started at a young age, learning from my grandmother, Rita, who instilled in me a love for crafting and mending. My bonus grandmother, Lily, called me “Mendy” and this nickname blossomed into what Mends By Mendy is today.

What began as a passion for making clothes and upcycling pieces for my family has grown into a business that brings creative solutions to everyday clothing challenges. When I had my firstborn, I made custom outfits and bows for her. As a mother of three—I know how important it is find solutions that are both practical and affordable. This personal experience inspires everything I do at Mends By Mendy.
