Basic alterations like hemming or button replacements typically take 24 hours. More complex services like custom designs may take up to 1 week. Rush service is available for an additional fee.

3. Do you offer same-day service?
Yes, same-day service is available for certain tasks such as hemming pants or skirts, minor tear repair, and button replacements. Additional fees may apply for rush services.

4. How do I book a service?
You can book through email, call/text, or reach out via Facebook or Instagram messaging.

5. What is your cancellation policy?
If a service is canceled after an estimate is accepted, a cancellation fee will apply. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for detailed information.

6. Do you offer free consultations?
Yes, we offer free consultations for all services with no commitment required.

7. Where are you located?
We are home-based in Texas, and walk-ins are not accepted. We offer pick-up and drop-off services where we’ll meet with you to discuss your needs, take measurements, and provide an estimate.

8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash, CashApp, and PayPal for payments. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

9. What should I do if I am not satisfied with my service?
If you are dissatisfied with the service, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your item. We will address your concerns and do our best to resolve any issues.

10. Can I get a custom design?
Yes, we offer custom design services. Pricing varies and is discussed during the consultation process.

11. What is the process for upcycling services?
We’ll discuss your vision and the materials you want to use during a consultation. Afterward, I’ll provide an estimate and timeline for the project.

12. Are gift certificates available?
Yes, gift certificates are available for purchase. They make a great gift for anyone looking to refresh their wardrobe or alter their favorite garments.

13. Do you work with specific types of fabric?
I work with a variety of fabrics, including denim, cotton, and more. If you have special fabric requirements, feel free to ask during the consultation.
